    In Morocco, Arab music and Berber music are opposed; they underline contrast between two forms of sensitivity: one, refined, invaluable, modelled by the hispano-mauresque contribution with Eastern resonance; the other, matured by the insulation of the mountains of the Atlas, symbol of independence and energy. clik Moreover, the Arab music is confined in the cities; erudite or popular, it makes place with the instruments. The Berber music, it, takes part in the festivals rural or urban, with the ceremonies of marriage, bus poetry and music mix narrowly.

    Some instruments used during haids (festivals): the taârija, played mainly by the women, is composed of a pottery reinflated in the center then being widening. Another instrument very used by the Berber ones is to bendir its :of a diameter of fifty centimetre, it be form of a goatskin of "chévre" tend on a circle of wood.Parfois himself joint with these instrument a kind of flute (it have some hole) which have in fact, with end, the form of a trumpet. It is called Zamara or Rhiata . Its noise level is rather strong when there are festivals. It is for that that it is used mainly in outside.

    To finish, in beauty, let us not forget famous Derbuka . And yes, easy to transport, easy to play, this instrument resembles a small tam-tam (or Djembe but measurement approximately 20 cm at least). A skin is also tended on the superior part.
